Workspaces on Mobile
Closot on mobile keeps your workspace fully accessible from your phone or tablet â here's how everything maps to the smaller screen đą
Navigating Closot for Mobileâ
A persistent navigation bar runs along the bottom of the app:

Workareasâ
In multi-member workspaces, a Workareas section appears in the đ tab. Each workarea is a dedicated area for a specific team or department and can be personalized on an individual basis.
Nested Pagesâ
Tap the toggle arrow next to any page in the đ tab to reveal the pages nested inside it. For database pages, the toggle exposes the different views saved for that database.
Workspace Switcherâ
Tap your current workspace name at the top of the đ tab to:
- Switch to another workspace
- Create a new workspace
- Join an existing workspace
- Log out
Creating on Closot for Mobileâ
Editor Toolbarâ
A formatting bar appears above your keyboard whenever you're editing. Scroll it horizontally to reveal all options:

Tap âĸâĸâĸ while viewing a page for a set of advanced options:

| Typography choices | Three formatting style options |
| Customize page | Toggle backlinks and page-level comments on or off |
| Lock page | Prevent anyone from editing |
| Lock views | Allow data entry but block property and view changes |
| Page history | View versions from the past 7 days |
| Export | Download as CSV (databases), Markdown, PDF, or HTML |
| Move to | Relocate the page to a different workspace or parent page |
Share Menuâ
Tap the share icon (square with an upward arrow) to access sharing controls:
- Share page link â Opens your device's share sheet to copy or send the URL
- Share to web â Publish the page publicly; tap Show link options to manage permissions, duplication controls, and search engine indexing
- Add people, groups, or emails â Invite collaborators with specific access levels:
- Everyone â Share with all workspace members; assign a blanket permission level (Full access, Can edit, Can comment, Can view, No access)
- Groups â Share with pre-configured workspace groups at chosen permission levels
- Guests â Add external users by email; they join the workspace as guests

Notificationsâ
From mobile Settings you can manage:
- Email and push notification preferences
- Password (set, change, or remove)
- App appearance (light/dark/system)
- Calendar week start day (Monday or Sunday)
Rage Shake (Android)â
Found a bug? Shake your device to report it:
- Tap

You can now trigger a bug report anytime just by shaking the device.
Trashâ
View deleted pages split into two lists:
- All deleted pages across your workspace
- Sub-pages deleted from your current page
