Search
Search is the fastest way to get to anything in your workspace. Rather than clicking down through the sidebar, type a few words and jump straight to the page you need.
Open it by clicking Search near the top of the sidebar.
Run a Search
Start typing in the search box and results appear as you go. Closot looks at both page titles and the content inside your pages, so you can find something even when you only remember a phrase from the middle of it.
Before you type anything, Search shows your Recent pages — often the fastest route back to something you had open a moment ago.
Narrow Your Results
A row of filters sits beneath the search box. Combine as many as you need to cut a long result list down to the one page you're after.
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title only | Restricts matching to page titles, ignoring page content. Useful when a common word appears throughout your workspace but you know it's in the title. |
| Created by | Limits results to pages created by a specific person. |
| In | Scopes the search to a particular location — a workarea, or a page and everything nested beneath it. |
| + Filter | Adds further conditions to refine the result set. |
Navigate Results with the Keyboard
Search is built to be driven without touching the mouse:

What Search Can Reach
Search only returns content you already have permission to open. Pages in workareas you haven't joined, and other members' private pages, never appear in your results — so search results can't be used to discover content you don't have access to.
