People Profiles

People profiles give workspace members a way to learn about and connect with their colleagues directly inside Closot. Whether you're hovering over a name in a comment thread or opening someone's full profile, you get quick access to contact details, workarea memberships, recent activity, and top collaborators — without ever leaving the workspace.

Hover Cards​

Hover cards appear whenever you hover over a person's name anywhere in Closot — in @-mentions, comments, the Inbox, or a Person property in a database. The card shows a snapshot of that person's information for quick reference.

Full Profiles​

Opening someone's full profile shows:

  • Their top collaborators in the workspace
  • The workareas they belong to
  • Their recent activity across the workspace

Update Your Profile​

To update your name or profile photo:

Settings → click your name → update your details

To update your cover photo: navigate to your own profile page and change it directly from there.

Find a Member​

Use the Search function in the sidebar to locate any workspace member by name.
