Move Within workspace

To transfer a private page within a workspace :

1. Create a container page in the source workspace if needed
2. Drag sub-pages into it to consolidate
3. Click ••• on the page → **Move to Public Pages **
4. Select your destination workspace from the dropdown
5. Confirm the movement

Move Between Accounts

To move content from one Closot account to a completely different email account:

1. Log in to the source account
2. Create a container page holding all content you want to transfer
3. Open the Share menu on that container page
4. Share it with the destination account's email and grant Full access
5. Log in to the destination account
6. Open the shared page → ••• → Move to → select your destination workspace

tip

If you want to associate your Closot account with a new email address, the simplest path is to update your email address in your account settings rather than migrating content between accounts.
